Ms. Meenakshy is the Head of Recruitment – Services -Talent Acquisition Group – CoE at Reliance Industries Ltd. She has 16 Direct Reports for CxO level / Leadership & Non-Leadership Recruitment, Business / Stakeholder Engagement

Her responsibilities include:

Recruitment: Working with business stakeholders on workforce planning, determining priorities and ultimately filling positions. Build a class leading direct recruiting capability within the assigned region and support the development of national and global
Leadership and non-leaderships level functions. Recruiting for following areas: Finance, Company Secretary, Audit, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Taxation, IT, Services, Software, Communication Technology, Products

HR Strategies: Build effective policies with business goals and articulate pro-employee processes as part of the HR initiatives. Strive to build a strong team with limited attrition and close team work; mentor and guide key personnel. Deliver Corporate HR Talent Acquisition Strategy and Business HR Engagement and Partnership. Manage business headcount fulfilment talent metrics; deliver optimum sourcing strategy and closures for Talent Acquisition

Employee Engagement: Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy and build a healthy work culture. As part of the leadership team; manage HR Budgets, Compensation, Induction Programs, Leadership Development Plans, Career Planning, Progressions and Development, and Conflict Management

MIS Reporting: Establish a strong monitoring and reporting system on key performance indicators. Develop dashboards and presentation for senior management accentuating employee skill-set, issues relating to business and suggesting improvements within the value chain

Key Initiatives: Played an instrumental role within Business Transformation initiative. Successfully implemented the Applicant Tracking System named Success Factors. Received trained in Behavioural Interviewers including Hays Master Interview series.

She has also led the RALP programme for the year 2012-2013 – two year leadership development program for high talent experienced individual from the industry with an aim to nurture them to become future leaders of the organisation.
