Shri Ajit Balakrishnan is a 6th batch alumnus of IIM Calcutta. He is a successful entrepreneur, an able business executive, and an admirable administrator. He had started his entrepreneurial venture with Rediffusion, an advertising firm now known as Rediffusion DY&R which he co-founded with Arun Nanda and Mohammed Khan, when he was only 22. He later co-founded PSI Data Systems in mid 80’s with two other partners hailing from Stanford.
Ajit is a popular writer. His masterpiece, The Wave Rider: A Chronicle of the Information Age, speaks volumes of his insights into the waves of changes involving industrial and technological revolutions shaping the modern world.
Nabanita Khan is the Growth Platform Leader for Cloud Application Innovation for IBM’s India/South Asia market. Spanning Cloud to Enterprise Applications, she is responsible for providing consultancy and development services for designing, building and transforming applications that run our client’s businesses, helping clients to innovate their enterprise applications at speed and scale.
She is also the Delivery and Quality Leader for I/SA, managing all deliveries across the portfolio and responsible for the overall DE posture.
In her 19 years in IBM, Nabanita has played various leadership roles across the organization in Business Development, Consulting, Practice Building and Delivery Management working with clients across the world.
She had been a member of IBM’s Woman Leadership Council and was also the Diversity Ambassador for her BU. She led the diversity charter and women leadership development track. She is the Chairperson of the POSH Committee of Kolkata location.
She is an Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and started her career in the IT department of TATA STEEL.
She lives Kolkata and has two children. Outside of work, it is her love for animals that takes over with over a dozen adopted cats and dogs to spend time with.

Ms. Saikia spearheads the creation of program strategies, conceptualizing, planning, implementation, monitoring and optimizing impact assessments. She plays a key role in inspiring her team to maintain quality standards and deliver maximum benefit to the beneficiaries of the programs. She spearheaded the development of holistic school policies, programs as well as operations manual to standardize the functioning of the schools and teacher training program.
Mamta started her career as a management consultant after completing her Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management. She then moved to CRY – Child Rights & You. In her tenure of nine years at CRY, Mamta held various prestigious positions including Member of the Management Committee, Head – Resource Mobilization and Head – Global Operations.
Before joining Bharti Foundation, Mamta worked extensively on the issues of disability, animal rights, women’s issues and HIV AIDS. She has served as the Chair of SAFRG, an Indian NGO working towards training other NGOs. She has been on the Board of Resource Alliance, a UK based organization working globally in the area of capacity building.
Mamta has recently been honoured in the 100 Women Achievers of India, an initiative by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD), Govt. of India. All women achievers were felicitated by the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee on January 22, 2016. She has also been awarded the Karmaveer Puraskaar – National Citizen Awards for Social Justice and Action for her contribution to the field of development and corporate social responsibility. She has authored a book titled “Money matters…People Too”. The book is based on the issue of self-reliance in the Indian NGO sector and was released in Germany in June 2005.

He is on a mission to groom 5000 inventors by the year 2020. So far, I could successfully mentor 450 inventors in India alone.
Having worked with GE for over 15 years and lead innovation at GE Energy – India, He chose to walk out of it to follow his passion. During his journey, he groomed himself as an innovation coach using TRIZ methodology and Change acceleration. And today, He proudly stand as one among 25 members of Council on Expertise and Methodology (CEM) of MATRIZ (The International TRIZ Association) to teach and certify.
